Q/ What if I am overcharged or don’t get the car group I booked?
A/ Try to deal with the agent at the front desk, and do not hesitate to ask for the manager on duty. It is always easier to resolve a problem there and then. Do not sign anything you have not read and understood. You have 24 hours from the time you signed the rental agreement to CHANGE your mind if you feel that you were made to sign or buy something you do not need.
